There are two possible problems of wood laminate floor during the daily use. First, the locking system becomes loosen after some time of use. Especially the planks near the wall in the short side is easier to be loosen as there some spare space between the planks and the wall. Second, some neighboring planks warp. The most possible reason for the warping is that much water has entered its core as laminate flooring is not water resisant. And it will expand and then warp since there is no enough expansion space in the horizontal direction. The uneven sub floor can also result in the warping. The other possible problems of wood laminate floor such as fading are rare.
