Install railings on laminate flooring?

Some users have already install laminate flooring in their office. But they plans to install railings on it. They wonder how to do the work. Also they wonders if he can do it themselves.

The materials for railings are very expensive. Only well experienced carpenters can work out good quality railings. So it is not suitable to do the working himself. The carpenters have special tools to work on railings. For the railings, it is up to the carpenters. It will be better to place some pad on the laminate flooring to protect during the installation of railings.  There must be about 8mm gap between the railings and laminate flooring for expansion purpose. Skirting, quarter round or end cap can be used to cover transition space.
